Concave provides full environmental services to support our clients during all construction and development phases of their projects.  Our work spans projects of all scopes and sizes -- from small residential projects to multi-lot mixed-use developments and campuses.  Our construction-related services include:

• Community Air Monitoring Plan (CAMP) preparation and implementation for particulate and vapor monitoring and reporting;

• Full waste and soil disposal services – including permitted disposal facility acceptance and coordination, trucking and waste hauling coordination, waste manifesting, on-site screening and segregation of petroleum-impacted soils, concrete and demolition debris (C&D) sampling and processing, and waste characterization planning and sampling for off-site disposal;

• Preparation and implementation of comprehensive and site-specific Construction Health & Safety Plans (CHASPs/HASPs);

• Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plans;

• Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs);
